Thanks for playing Southern Elite showcases. We are excited to have over 40 colleges in attendance this year. Thats more chances for your athletes to be recruited. Here is some additional info to help you have a great weekend. 1. No protest on Saturday. 2. All players must be on your online roster. No exceptions. Do not ruin a fun weekend by not having your girls on the roster. Sunday protests will send you home early. 3.Saturday is open lineup. Your free to showcase your players in any order you like. No lineups taken. 4.Sunday is regular usssa rules in a randomly seeded split bracket. The computer assigns the divisions as A and B but they are not meant to be an upper and lower class only a random split with both equally competitive. 5. Each team should have 3 exhibition games and games could be in different pools so double check games and field assignments. We try to leave you on a single hub but it's not always possible. Be ready to move quickly. We will start 15 minutes early when possible. Teams are asked to be ready to play 15 minutes before scheduled game time if they aren't already playing. 6. Gate fee is 10.00 daily. Three coaches free, players free, under 10yrs old free. 7. Freedom Park does allow campers as long as they park up on the hill on the grass and clean up afterwards. No campers on the asphalt. 8. Fees not already paid are due before you start playing your first game at the front gate as you come in. 9.Good sportsmanship will be held in high regard. Coaches are responsible for their fans and players. Please act appropriately at all times. College coaches will move to a different field quickly rather than observe unsportsmanlike fans or players. 10. I saved this one for last but it is very important that parents do not sit behind the backstop even if its empty. You will be asked to move. College coaches will pass your field by if you have parents sitting in their area. Do not do it! Every year we have to remind parents to move from this area. Please tell them ahead of time. No exceptions. It doesnt matter if your ok with it, the other team is wanting to be recruited as well. Do not sit there!
